Promotion Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to the contest “Win a trip to Dubai worth €2,500,” organized by Voyagoux. By participating in this promotion, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Participation

  • Participation in this contest is possible with the purchase of one or more products with a total order value of at least €50 at Voyagoux during the promotion period from 17 November to 17 December 2025. After placing an order of at least €50, you can enter by submitting your name and email address via the promotion page on voyagoux.com.
  • Participation is open to residents of the European Union aged 18 years or older. Minors may only participate with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. Employees of Voyagoux and its affiliated partners are excluded from participation.
  • Each participant may enter only once, regardless of the number of purchases. Name and email address together constitute one unique entry.
  • By participating, you grant Voyagoux permission to contact you periodically via email with news, promotions, and offers. You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in the email.

2. Promotion Period & Drawing

  • The promotion runs from 17 November 2025 to 17 December 2025. The prize draw will be conducted by a Voyagoux employee in a fair and impartial manner.
  • The winner will be announced on 17 January 2026 via the official Voyagoux Instagram page and will also be notified personally by email. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of the announcement, the prize will be forfeited and a new draw will take place.
  • No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.

3. Prize

  • The grand prize consists of a round-trip ticket to Dubai plus accommodation, with a total value of €2,500 (including VAT). The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. Any applicable gambling tax will be paid by Voyagoux.
  • The winner is responsible for valid travel documents (passport, visa) and any insurance. These costs are not included in the prize.

4. Privacy

  • Voyagoux processes only the necessary personal data (name and email address) required to participate in this promotion. The data will be used solely for the execution of the contest and for communication regarding future promotions from Voyagoux.
  • Personal data will not be sold or shared with third parties, unless this is strictly necessary for the execution of the trip. Upon request by the participant, all data will be deleted from the Voyagoux administration free of charge.

5. General Terms

  • Voyagoux is not liable for any damage or costs arising from participation in the promotion or the use of the prize, unless there is intent or gross negligence.
  • Voyagoux reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions or to terminate the promotion early without providing a reason.
  • In situations not covered by these terms and conditions, Voyagoux will make the final decision.
  • This promotion is governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
